Each Best Western hotel embodies its own personal and individual personality, whilst hosting a large choice of accommodations ranging from castles to coaching inns and from modern to listed buildings. Best Western Plus Stoke on Trent is renowned for providing customer satisfaction and for having a centralized location; “the city’s business district is close to the hotel, whilst Hanley’s shops, theatres, museums and cinemas are on our doorstep”.

Where We Came In

When Fidelity Payment came into the picture, the hotel’s management team were eager to explore our “lower rates guaranteed” policy and undisputed high customer satisfaction. Best Western Plus Stoke on Trent needed both better service and rates alongside a personal account management. Due to lots of outlets within the hotel and a 24 hour operation, it needed a card payment provider like us who could integrate seamlessly with their bespoke, key systems such as Rezlynx PMS and PCR Payments.

Making A Change

With an entirely smooth changeover from their previous provider, Fidelity Payment configured everything for the hotel, ensuring that there were no technical hiccups on their end. The transition process was painless and very smoothly dealt with, managing to be completed within a few weeks.
