Our people are Blink’s greatest asset. From day one I’ve never felt more welcomed and able to be my authentic self than I am at Blink, and that’s down to the team around me. Diversity and inclusion isn’t something that’s been mentioned since I joined, and yet Blink is the most diverse and inclusive team I’ve worked with in my career to date. It’s not forced, it just is. A lot of companies make a lot of noise about it, but it never feels genuine. Blink is the opposite. No company is perfect, and that includes Blink. But the team here is actively working on continuous improvement. We openly talk about the gaps with a view to finding a solution as a collective, which is really refreshing in an industry swarming with false utopias.
