The purpose of this role is to be our in-house resource working on projects alongside both front-end and back-end teams. It is a small team, and you will be involved in all areas of development from design to testing.

Sales Team Leader
I was promoted to a Senior BDM within 12 months of joining Fidelity. This role offered the ability to help train new starters and work closely with Senior Management, as well as working towards monthly targets. After a further 12 months in this role, I was then promoted to a Sales Team Leader. I now manage a team of 6 BDM’s with full autonomy; working towards, not only my own KPI’s but a team target.
