Set an expiry date for your payment links 

We understand that discussing price changes with customers can be uncomfortable. Our latest feature allows you to set an expiration date for your payment links, making the process easier.

One of our clients shared their experience: "We often offer guaranteed prices on our invoices for a fixed period. If a customer pays us after six months, the price may have changed, leading to an uncomfortable conversation. That's why we prefer to limit the payment link to a certain timeframe." 

Updated greeting

We've heard your requests loud and clear and updated the greeting in our payment link emails. Instead of the casual "Hey," we're now embracing a more professional and friendly tone with a warm "Hello."

Secure your sales with delayed capture 

Have you ever missed out on a sale because an item wasn't available yet, but your customers still wanted to reserve it? Or maybe you've been concerned about processing transactions and then not being able to deliver? Well, worry no more; our delayed capture feature is here to help you out.

With delayed capture, you can easily hold a deposit on your customer's card, even if the item is unavailable at that time. Once the item is ready, you can collect the payment with peace of mind. This feature ensures that your customers have enough funds to cover the transaction, and you get paid for your products or services. It's a win-win situation.

Start using the delayed capture feature today by toggling it on your payment preferences page. You can hold the funds for a maximum of 30 days. After that, the funds will be automatically captured. And if you need to, you can manually capture the payment early and take up to 100% of the total amount. Total flexibility, just for you.

Enhanced user experience for split payments

We understand that each customer has their own payment preferences. That's why we have improved our user experience to facilitate split payments. Whether your customer wants to divide a payment or prefers to pay in instalments, we have you covered.

You can now set the maximum number of months for payment instalments, giving your customers the freedom to split the payment over that period or pay the full amount at once. It's all about providing flexibility and ensuring a smooth payment experience for both parties.
